My First "At Home" Project

Our assignment for this project was to take a picture that incorporates at least 3 important things about us or 3 things that we can't live without.  I chose my family scrapbook, first, because it represents my creative side and I love to scrapbook, and second, because my family is very important to me.  The second object i chose is a collar to represent my dog.  The third object I chose was a buckeye necklace that I got at my first Ohio State Football game I went to, which represents my Ohio culture.

The hardest part of this painting for me was the background.  I spent many many hours trying to perfect the blending and color.  As you can see in my progress pictures below, the background changes a lot from the first picture to the last picture.
